This session combines the spirit of competition, creativity and the art of healthy cooking. The healthy snack competition pits teachers from near and far to produce the healthiest, best tasting snack with 12 minutes on the clock. Not only will the iron chef participants create a fantastic snack by engaging in a live example of how students can have fun learning about healthy eating, the session will highlight other examples of fun and interactive games, activities and nutrition resources that can be used in your classroom or school setting. The session includes a facilitator's guide to use in schools and classrooms.
